The Serious Sam Collection is Now Available on Stadia

Jump into some bonkers throwback shooter action in the Serious Sam Collection, available now on the Google Stadia cloud streaming service.

The Serious Sam series is a deliberate callback to classic Doom-style first person shooters, but might be even more excessive. “Serious” Sam Stone is an action hero so badass that he forgoes traditional military body armour in favour of a custom t-shirt and jeans (possibly to make space for all the human-sized guns he carries around). I’d like to see the Doomguy throw off his armour and run around ripping demons apart in just a tank top.

Stadia members can now purchase the Serious Sam collection for a price of $29.99 USD, including three acclaimed titles – Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter and Serious Sam 3: BFE.

Face swarms of enemies with speed, aggession, fast responses and enough heavy artillery to take out an entire country. Forget about modern FPS trappings like cover and regenerating health, just keep moving and keep your finger clamped down on the trigger!
