If you’re planning to buy sci-fi narrative adventure Tacoma then it’s a no-brainer to get another sci-fi game for free. On GOG, that free game is Event[0].
I see you eyeing up Tacoma on Steam, but if you want another similar game for free then look to GOG; over there you’re looking at two interesting sci-fi games for the price of one. Both games received favourable reviews on GameSpew, and it would be a shame to miss out on Event[0] if you already planned on buying Tacoma.
The offer is valid until August 16, 5pm UTC, and even if you purchased Tacoma on GOG before this announcement, you will still be granted Event[0] free of charge.
For Jack, it all started with the PS1. After years spent playing against AI, video games moved online, so Jack did too. As the industry grew, he followed, treating himself to a diverse array of genres. Now enjoying well-written RPGs the most, he looks for stories he can engross himself in. Unfortunately, they are hard to find in video games. Eventually his love/hate relationship with gaming drew him to write about the industry he is passionate about. When he's not gaming, you'll most likely find Jack watching films.
