Top Five Games From the Show Floor of E3 2017

Vampyr

1. Vampyr

DONTNOD is shaping up to be one hell of a prolific developer.

The French developer first came on the scene with Remember Me, an interesting sci-fi game that had a lot of interesting concepts and mechanics but didn’t quite nail the landing. They rose to critical and commercial success with their next title, the teen angst supernatural adventure game, Life is Strange. Now, with their third game, DONTNOD is switching gears again with Vampyr.

A horror action RPG, Vampyr delivers great visuals with an intelligent levelling-up system that requires the player to choose whose life is worth sparing and whose life is worth devouring for their blood and the XP that comes with it.

Add in great-looking, fluid combat with various abilities that tie incredibly well into the mythology of vampires, and you have what is sure to be great and unique experience.

Vampyr is set to release on November 2017. It’ll be available on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
