12 More Games We Never Quite Finished

11. Dino Crisis

Becca: I first played Dino Crisis at a friend’s house with her and my older sister. It was one of those games that I probably shouldn’t have been allowed to play because I was pretty young but, what can I say? My parents are awesome. Dino Crisis is a Resident Evil-esque survival horror game where the main character is stuck on an island with, you guessed it, dinosaurs. It plays just like Resident Evil with the terrible but wonderful fixed camera angles and limited inventory space.

At the time, Dino Crisis was my favourite games to play for five minutes, get scared and then never touch again. More recently, with the help of the same friend who first introduced me to it, I was able to get Dino Crisis on my PC and took another crack at it. My new impression: still nope. I am not dealing with that sh*t. This girl is not meant for scary dinosaur jump scares. Hell no.

12. Spider-Man 2

We are all hoping that the new Spider-Man game coming to PS4 is anything like as good as the swing-tastic Spider-Man 2. You could explore a fully rendered New York City in style as you swung from building to building. You felt like you were the friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man whether you were beating up Dr. Octopus or just retrieving a little boy’s red balloon.

However, I don’t remember ever completing this game. Looking back I probably just spent too much time having fun. Why play through the main storyline when I could be swinging around to my heart’s content?
